relating to our effort to take as many children
as possible, off the streets in the D.R. Congo
and later expand to Southern African countries
where the situation of vulnerable and street children is just as tragic as
it is in Congo. Is Congo a Forgotten and Ignored country? Many
Observers agree. With more than 4 million dead and growing, the
eyes of the world seem turned elsewhere while the devastation
created by a more than a decade long war continues to make victims
everyday. Little has been done to deal with the crisis in Congo.
